Shipping policy

At Thee Byrds Nest, we are delighted to offer free economy shipping within the United States, including all 50 states. Please note that international shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days of the order date. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST or on weekends will ship within two (2) business days beginning on the next business day.


Undeliverable Packages

On rare occasions, a package may be returned to us as undeliverable. In such cases, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to reship packages that are returned as undeliverable.

If you believe your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received a return or refund confirmation within three weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team for assistance.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging each product to ensure it arrives safely. However, we understand that accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged items and packaging and send the images to us to begin the claims process. We will promptly send a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

 

 

Pre-Order Policy

All items marked as pre-order are not immediately available for shipment.

Pre-Order Release Date:
Pre-orders will begin shipping on December 31, 2025 (New Year’s Eve).

Shipping Timeframe:
Once shipped, please allow 1–2 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high holiday volume.

Payment & Order Processing:

  • Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Pre-orders are final sale.

  • No cancellations, changes, or refunds once an order has been placed, as items are prepared specifically for your order.
